Sitabai Nargundkar College of Nursing presently do not have any registered alumni association however Alumni committee is there to carry out all the activities. College shares a great bond with its alumni which endeavors to impart, share, and collaborate our collective experience among each other.
The alumni committee tries to inculcate a feeling of duty to give back to your beloved institution the learning that alumni acquired from it; with renewed and fruitful learning them experiencing.
The mission of the Association is to foster strong bonds between alumni, students, and the Institute, to keep alumni informed, and to create a network enabling them to remain engaged with their institution and help shape its future through programs and services.
Being Associated with the Alumni committee is one of the easiest ways to reconnect, give back to the Institute, and serve as a springboard for further involvement.
- To communicate on regular basis with the members of the Alumni. And keeping each other informed the development of Alumni as well as college development.
- To foster more extended relationship between present students and staff and other associated with college.
- To organize, social, educational, and networking events locally at the college/ samstha/ and at batch level.
- To encourage Alumni to act as ambassadors of the college and samstha and assist in the further development of the college as well as samstha.
- Generate funds for the development and betterment of the college and samstha and also for the promotion of the objectives of the Alumni committee.
- To provide continuing education enrichment experience for alumni and present students of the college.
- To provide Alumni a platform to connect to college and to assist recent graduates and current students for shaping their career.
- To institute prizes, scholarships to merit students and financial aid to poor and deserving students of the college.
- To hold periodical alumni meetings at college and samstha level and batch level.
- To do all other things incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
- To maintain books of accounts/bills/vouchers/receipts and get the annual audit of any contribution of alumni for the college.
