INTRODUCTION

                 The Research Promotion Policy of MKSSS’s Sitabai Nargundkar College of Nursing for Women, Nagpur is framed to cultivate a strong culture of research, innovation, and evidence-based nursing practice among faculty and students. In alignment with the vision of the institution and the parent body. 

                The policy encourages faculty members, undergraduate students, and postgraduate scholars to actively participate in research projects, dissertation work, clinical studies, community-based surveys, action research, and interdisciplinary healthcare research. It promotes research activities that address contemporary issues in nursing education, patient care, community health, maternal and child health, and quality improvement in healthcare services.
