The institute gives most importance to sports activities and hence developed many facilities to train its students in various sports. The institute has special playgrounds for Kabaddi, Badminton, Cricket and Valley ball. The institute also provides facility for indoor games like Table tennis, Chess and carom board. Our students regularly participate in intercollegiate sports activities organized by University and sport event organized by Mksss’s Sitabai Naagundkar College Of Nursing For Women,Nagpur. The vision of the sports committee is to organize sports competitions, take practices, so that they can learn to keep themselves physically fit. Sitabai Nargundkar College of Nursing Provides the Gym Facility for all Students. “A Healthy mind resides in a Healthy Body “, complying with the saying, a professionally managed environment is created for the students. Both Physical and Mental Health play an important role for the well-being of an Individual. In tune with the objective of all-round development of the students, the campus is equipped with an in-house gymnasium. The institute understands its role towards conservation and protection of environment and hence adopted a few measures that will lead to sustainable development. The institute has installed solar heater plant at hostel. This plant proved to be extremely helpful to save electricity. The institute also installed Sewage Treatment Plant in its campus. The STP is useful for Recycling and Reusing of waste water.
