INTRODUCTION
The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Cell / Policy of MKSSS’s Sitabai Nargundkar College of Nursing for Women, Nagpur is established to promote, protect, and manage the intellectual creations generated through academic, research, and innovative activities undertaken by faculty members, researchers, and students.
In the field of nursing and healthcare education, intellectual property includes research publications, innovative clinical practices, teaching-learning modules, educational software, manuals, care protocols, health education materials, copyrights, patents, designs, and other scholarly works developed within the institution.
Objectives of IPR Cell / Policy
To create awareness about intellectual property rights among faculty and students.
